February 2022 was yet another tight month in Canmore’s real estate market, with very few options to purchase and thus few sales. There were 60 listings (again, very low.) 47 sales with an average of 27 days on the market (this is nearly half the number of days of what Canmore is used to seeing.) The number of sales was down 47% from February 2021, the days on the market were down 52% at the same time. Homes. Canmore Detached / Townhomes / Duplexes Values
The average detached home sold for $1,379,500, only 1% higher than in February of 2021. Note this is due to a lack of higher-end transactions and very few detached homes on the market. Duplexes sold for $1,198,000, only 1% higher than February of 2021.
