Ryan made it his mission to find a condo that matched my priorities. It was ridiculous. He worked exhaustively to learn what I was looking for and to relate my preferences to possibilities in the market. I expected professionalism and I expected hard work, but I didn’t expect him to be as concerned as he was about ensuring that I made a good deal, as opposed to a big deal or a quick deal.

We looked at places at the high end of my budget that I probably could’ve been talked into buying after rationalising away a few key compromises. Ryan remained disciplined, completely loyal to what I had said were my priorities, and after consulting with him we kept looking.

I got to the point where I trusted him to look at places on my behalf when I was overseas. His diligence, his expertise, and his ability to represent my own priorities took a huge amount of stress out of the search process and left me completely confident that if the right place was out there, I wouldn’t miss it.

I’m in a position now where I’ve got a condo that I love, zero buyer’s remorse, and Ryan has an open invitation for scotch at the pad anytime (call first). I am recommending him to anyone looking to buy or sell. If your mom is a real estate agent, buy her chocolates and flowers and go with Ryan.
