I recently worked with Ryan for the 2nd time and found this experience just as positive as the last. While my first purchase happened really quickly, this purchase took time, patience and a careful curation of the market to find the unique kind of property I was looking for. Throughout the process, Ryan was accessible, attentive and resourceful. He really listened to my needs and met my requirements thoroughly. However, while all of this was very important, perhaps the most notable aspect of my experience working with Ryan was his honesty and trustworthiness. I never felt pushed to make a decision in order for him to make a sale. When we finally came to the right property, he negotiated it for me under asking even while in competition! Exceptional in this market. I cannot recommend Ryan enough!
