Peaks of Grassi is a newer development in Canmore, which means that the lots a slightly narrower, the designs are thoughtful and due to the ability to build more houses with narrower property lot sizes there is slightly more density than other neighbourhoods in Canmore. Most of the homes were built in the 1990s through to the early 2000s. The majority of the homes are zoned single-family – there are a few with basement suites for those looking to generate an investment income. This is a wonderful neighbourhood for families. Children can ride their bikes and play street hockey through the quiet streets.
