Eagle Terrace is a beautiful family neighbourhood in Canmore. Eagle Terrace is perched on a higher elevation than most Canmore neighbourhoods giving incredible vistas to the south. This neighbourhood is located on the north side of Bow Valley. These homes get a lot of sunshine throughout the year. Eagle Terrace Park is the place for kids to play – it’s not uncommon to see a few dozen children of all ages playing in the park while parents have a picnic with friends.

Follow Eagle Terrace Heights to the furthest cul-de-sac and you will find a path leading to Silvertip Golf Course – this is a popular walking area in the off-season. It’s not uncommon to see some wildlife in your backyard, either.
Eagle Terrace is on what locals affectionately call the town’s “bright side”. There is a lot of sunshine radiating over the north side of Canmore! Our favourite wine shop in town is located at the entryway to the neighbourhood, the Cellar Door is fantastic! They have a wonderfully curated selection of wines to choose from. Walk by Cougar Creek and you will find one of the few outdoor hockey rinks in Canmore.
Eagle Terrace is located on the north side of the Bow Valley. The drive into downtown Canmore is less than 8 minutes. One of the many joys of Canmore is that you can live in a beautiful neighbourhood removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown while having quick access when you want to pop into a shop. The buses also run like clockwork taking you where you need to go.
