building blocks

Have you ever wondered how top performers and highly productive people are capable of achieving so much? It’s not uncommon for someone wishing to make more sales, meet more potential clients, reach more viewers, and even live a more healthy lifestyle etc., to feel overwhelmed with a mountain of work ahead. The old adage of “Rome wasn’t built in a day” is an essential thought to keep in mind. Growth takes time. The key to making changes is to add microhabits into your daily routine. Don’t bite off more than you can chew. Take your time and choose microhabit versions of where you ultimately want to be. Microhabits act as the necessary building blocks for your future.

Little adjustments will lead to BIG changes over time.

If you want to double your sales in the next year, you will need to make changes to your daily sales prospecting routine. What have you done int he past? Continue to do that but add in some micro changes each day, perhaps that’s one more phone call, one more email. The key is to add the new habit and stick to it. This will become the new norm or a higher level of output. Continue to add habits wisely.

Adding microhabits can be added to any aspect of your life. The same goes for getting healthy. Want to lose 20 lbs.? Adjust your diet slowly, move your body a little more, get an extra 20 mins of sleep, take ten deep breaths to get your nervous system in check. Small changes implemented over time and with consistency will equate to significant transformations.

Implement the change, be consistent and be patient. Your business and life will transform in time.

Executive coaching can improve your daily habits, business and increase your bottom line while ultimately helping you communicate more effectively both internally and with clients.
